The Student Centre provides a centralised advice service for student enquiries across a broad range of university activities and general enquiries from staff and the wider community.

This role means two things:

• ensuring the student experience (SX) is at the heart of the work we currently perform
• developing and implementing improvements to what we offer and how we deliver services to further enhance the SX

Our key responsibilities and functions are to:

• provide a first line, centralised support service for all student administration enquiries
• connect current students with support and development services, programs and resources
• support faculties, schools and other stakeholders by providing advice on student administration processes
• provide a support service for enquiries from the general public.
