The Student Fees team has primary responsibility for the administrative systems and processes that are part of the fees function which interacts directly with students and has the following key functions: 

  • Assisting students and staff with tuition fee, student contribution amount, Student Services and Amenities Fee and administrative charge related enquiries;
  • Management of student fee matters for each study period;
  • Provision and proofing of fee information for internal and external systems and publications;
  • Administration of the HECS-HELP, FEE-HELP and SA-HELP schemes;
  • Initial processing of refunds; and
  • Initial processing of removal of financial liability applications and system updates.

Student Fees opening hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
